Would you like to plant a tree to honor someone special? For a tax-deductible contribution of $500, CityTrees will plant a tree in a Redwood City public space dedicated to the person(s) of your choosing. 

Once the tree is planted, we will notify you of its location and tree species, as well as email you a digital photo of the tree. (You may also opt to join us to help plant the tree yourself!)

Note: CityTrees is not able to tag tribute trees with markers of any kind. Though we may be able to offer you a preference, we cannot honor requests for tree species, as we plant trees that are appropriate to the planting site environment, with the aim to maximize environmental benefits, where possible. 

Tribute Trees are planted at events that take place from the fall through early spring. While we gladly accept donations year round, if you make a donation with this purpose during the spring or summer, we will honor the planting during the next planting season.
