CityTrees depends on individual, group and corporate donations to continue its mission. CityTrees is staffed by volunteers, so over 90% of our budget goes to support our programs. Your donation is fully tax deductible. 

Donations are more critical than ever. California is experiencing a severe drought. The Redwood City Department of Public Works provides water to some – but not all – of the trees planted by CityTrees during their first year in the ground. To help trees thrive, CityTrees has hired a contractor to provide water to trees planted in the last three years. This has increased our costs significantly and your donation is crucial to help improve our trees’ survival rate.
